On July 27, executive leaders of Guangbo Group went to Shangrao, Jiangxi province to investigate. Cai Xiaoming, municipal party secretary of Shangrao City, Wu Xuance, secretary of Hengfeng county and leaders of relevant departments welcomed them warmly.

At the forum, municipal party secretary Cai Xiaoming and responsible person of related department introduced respectively of local infrastructure, industrial park, resources and attracting foreign investments. After having detailed understanding of the local's various preferential policies, executive leaders of Guangbo Group also had on-the-spot investigation. Both sides carried on the communication and the exchange in further strengthening project cooperation in future.
